Usage	Cold Therapy Instructions (for relieving eye fatigue, puffiness, and dark circles) Purpose: To soothe tired eyes, reduce puffiness, dark circles, and relieve eye irritation. Steps: Place the eye mask in the refrigerator (not freezer) for approximately 30 to 60 minutes. Remove and check the temperature to ensure it is comfortable (not too cold). Apply the mask gently over your eyes. Recommended usage time: 10 to 15 minutes. After use, wipe clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Note:Do not place the mask directly in the freezer, as the gel beads may harden or become damaged.   Heat Therapy Instructions (for dry eyes, migraines, sinus pressure) Purpose: To relieve dry eyes, migraines, sinus congestion, and stress-related fatigue. Method 1: Microwave Heating Ensure the eye mask is clean and contains no metal components before microwaving. Heat in the microwave for 5-10 seconds (depending on the microwave's wattage). Remove and shake gently to distribute heat evenly. Test the temperature with the back of your hand before applying to the eye area. Wear for 10 to 15 minutes as needed. Method 2: Hot Water Soak Place the eye mask in a clean, sealed plastic bag. Soak in hot water (50-60°C / 122-140°F) for 3-5 minutes. Remove, dry with a towel, and apply as needed.   Safety Tips: Always test the temperature before applying to avoid burns. Recommended use: 1-2 times per day. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
